Responsiveness is also very important to Cartridge SOS - so we aim to answer emails within 20 minutes and aim to answer your telephone queries as quickly as possible.
We always aim to offer a personal and local service as we understand how important it is to talk to a real person if you have a query or problem. Cartridge SOS now offers same-day delivery in most of London as well as a guaranteed next-day service to all of mainland UK. Our same-day delivery service has gained a reputation for being super reliable and valuable - often helping out some of the UK's largest businesses, charities and government organisations.
Cartridge SOS is also aware of the environmental impact of printing. We aim to use responsible paper suppliers as well as recycling as many ink cartridges and laser toners as possible. We also use recycled paper bags to deliver your cartridges in, which can be reused or recycled without damage to the environment. Empty cartridges or toners can be given to your delivery rider or dropped in to the West London Cartridge Shop (W12 9BX).
