We always aim to meet our delivery promises and have a high success rate of more than 98% of deliveries arriving on time. Very occasionally this delivery time may be extended due to bad weather or particularly bad traffic which may affect our same-day service. Our next-day deliveries are carried out by City Link who guarantee your products will arrive next-day between 9am-5.30pm.

VAT invoices will be emailed to you directly within 24 hours of ordering and Business customers will receive printed invoices which have a clear VAT breakdown. Our VAT number is 864 1133 40

Prices in red text are exclusive of VAT and the prices in grey are inclusive of VAT. We always try to show both prices.

Yes, we have been a Limited company since 2005 and our company registration number is 05530111.

Yes, all products are fully guaranteed. Most cartridges come with a 6 month guarantee - should you ever find a product to be faulty just call us and we can replace the product (dependant on amount of ink or toner used).

Yes, we guaranteed that they will give you the same results as the originals and will produce at least as many pages - most compatible cartridges will give higher page yields in fact! Our compatible laser toners are also guaranteed to perform as well as the original product.

All major credit and debit cards, cheques (with guarantee card) or cash. We cannot accept American Express at present. We can also offer 30-day invoicing accounts to businesses, charities and government organisations.

Any business can apply for a business account. We would usually expect the business to have been trading for at least a year but every application is processed on an individual basis. Account applications can usually be processed same working day.
