Terms and Conditions

Price Promise
Cartridge SOS promises to be the lowest priced cartridge supplier in our delivery area. In the unlikely event that we are not the lowest priced supplier we are happy to beat the competition if the product is identical and in stock and available for collection or delivery to anyone wishing to purchase the product. The price promise is for ink cartridges and laser toners only and any compatible products must be identical. Delivery charges from competitors will also be taken into account when comparing prices with our competitors. Should you find a lower priced cartridge in our delivery area you must mention our price promise when ordering.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed including and excluding VAT (@ 20%) as we aim to keep our pricing as transparent as possible. All prices are in pounds sterling. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and cheques (with guarantee card) as well as cash. Card payments can be made online or over the phone. American Express (AMEX) is accepted but at present can only be taken over the phone. Cash and cheques should be given to the delivery driver. Businesses can also benefit from 30-day credit invoicing (subject to status) - just fill in the account opening form. Should you pay by cheque - cheques which don't cash in the normal way are subject to a standard banking administration charge of £30.00 + VAT.

Delivery
Whilst we make every effort to meet our delivery times, they are not guaranteed. We rely on City Link and Royal Mail for next-day deliveries and whilst they have excellent records of reliability occasionally next-day deliveries are delayed - please bear this in mind when ordering. Same-day deliveries in London are carried out by Cartridge SOS so we can control the delivery times and have an excellent record of delivering on time. We aim to deliver within the chosen delivery timescale but this is not a guaranteed service - however, we make every effort to ensure you receive your order in the assigned delivery time period and our reliability record currently stands at more than 95% deliveries delivered on time.

Guarantees
All ink cartridges and laser toners are fully guaranteed to perform to the manufacture's standard in terms of quality and page yield. In the unlikely event a cartridge or toner fails contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. Compatible cartridges and toners are fully guaranteed to perform to the same standard (at least) as the original (OEM) product. In the unlikely event a compatible product fails contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or refund (dependent on use). We also guarantee that any compatible cartridge or toner will not cause any problems with your printer. In the unlikely event that your printer fails whilst using our compatible cartridges or toners we shall arrange for it to be repaired. An engineer's report is necessary to find evidence that the compatible cartridge or toner caused the problem. All cartridges and toners have a standard warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns on unopened items if they are the condition they were delivered to you within 7 days of purchase. You can return the item to the London Shop or Office or arrange for a collection from your home or office and a refund or exchange shall be issued. We cannot accept any returns if the product is not in pristine condition or opened. Should you decide to cancel an order do so as quickly as you can as we reserve the right to charge you £5.00 if the delivery driver has left to deliver the order - on same-day deliveries only.

Contents of your order should be checked as soon as you receive your goods as you must notify us of any delivery discrepancies within 48 working hours from your delivery time. After this time we cannot guarantee to successfully deal with delivery discrepancies. All orders are shipped with packing notes or invoices.

Business Credit Accounts
Applications for credit are based on various factors and are treated on an individual basis. We reserve the right to decline a credit account and may make background checks into the business and the business's accounts. Business Credit Accounts are suitable for businesses with an average monthly minimum spend of £50.00. We reserve the right to withdraw credit accounts when this minimum spend is not met. Credit accounts are strictly on a 30-day invoicing basis and we reserve the right to charge for late payments. Our standard administration charge is £50.00 + vat to cover our debt recovery process. We also reserve the right to charge an additional 5% per month for overdue balances. You will be notified via email and/or writing before any additional charges are added to your account. Any items purchased from Cartridge SOS with credit remain the property of Cartridge SOS until payment has been made in full.

Privacy Policy
We ask every customer for their email address as we will email you your receipt to save on unnecessary paper (just ask if you prefer a printed receipt). We do not pass on or sell your details. We may occasionally send you Cartridge SOS promotions and our newsletter via the email address you supply. Should you want to be removed from our mailing list email info@cartridgesos.co.uk with your details and the subject 'unsubscribe'.
